When do I receive the event location?
After you buy your event package, you will receive an email with the event location. We do this to protect the privacy of the registered guests.
Is this event really a complete hotel takeover?
Yes. We purchase every room in the hotel. Only our guests are allowed at the hotel.
What does an event package cover?
Your event package covers your room for the duration of the event package, plus admission to everything happening at the event. There are no additional fees. However, your drinks and meals are on your own.
Do you guarantee guests will hook up with other guests?
We provide a venue where like minded individuals within the lifestyle can mix, mingle and hook up with others. It is no different than setting up a meeting with like minded folks you have met on one of the lifestyle websites. It is for you as a group to decide if you hook up or not.
What time can we check in on Thursday with a full event package?
You can arrive at the hotel as early as 1:30 pm to participate in the clothing optional pool party. Your room may or may not be ready for check in. We do have a secure location to store your luggage until your room is ready. Please keep in mind the hotel will have a regular guest load the previous day and will need to clean all the rooms. Normal room check in time is 4 pm.
What time can we check in on Friday with a Fri/Sat event package?
You can arrive at the hotel as early as 11:00 am to participate in the clothing optional pool party. Your room may or may not be ready for check in. Normal room check in time is 4 pm.
When do Day Passes go on sale?
Day passes go on sale 30 days prior to each event. The day pass price is per couple.
What does the Day Pass price cover?
The day pass price is per couple and covers admission to all of the events happening that day.
What times does a Day Pass cover?
Thursday - 1:30 pm to 3:00 am. Friday and Saturday from 11 am to 3:00 am. You must leave the property once the hospitality suites close.
Are there lockers available for day pass attendees?
No. You will need to store your valuables and other possessions in your vehicle.
If we have a day pass, can we stay in someone else's room?
No. A day pass is just a day pass. You must leave the property when the hospitality suites close.
What time is check out?
Check out time is 11 am on Sunday if you have a full event package or a Fri/Sat package. If you are checking out on Thursday or Friday, check out time is 10 am.
Does the hotel require a credit card on file at time of check in?
Yes, the hotel requires you to add a credit card on file for incidentals at check in. If you use a debit card, a hold will be placed on your debit card.
Does the hotel have a restaurant on premise?
Yes. The hotel does have a restaurant on premises, plus there are restaurants close to the hotel and the surrounding area.
Can we take drinks to the pool or convention center? A cooler?
You can only have drinks purchased from the hotel bar in any public areas of the hotel including the pool and convention center. Coolers are NOT allowed at the pool.
If we live locally and want to bring our own chairs for the pool, is that ok?
Yes. The hotel has a limited number of chairs as they do not expect everyone staying at the hotel to be at the pool at the same time. We are bringing extra chairs as well.
Does the hotel have pool towels available?
Yes. The hotel will have towels out by the pool. Feel free to bring your own beach towels if you prefer.
Where can we be clothing optional?
You can be clothing optional at the pool and convention center. You must be clothed (street legal) in all other public areas such as hotel bars, restaurant, atrium, lobby, and hallways. DO NOT open the door to your room to housekeeping or room service naked.
Can we be nude on the balconies?
NO NUDITY on the balconies. We have a ZERO tolerance for nudity on the balconies. If you are caught nude on the balcony, you will be asked to leave the property without a refund. We are all adults here. Lets not make this an issue.
Are illegal drugs allowed at the event?
We maintain a ZERO tolerance for illegal DRUGS at the event. This includes marijuana (medical or otherwise). If you are caught with illegal drugs, you will immediately be escorted from the property with no refunds.
Can you smoke inside the hotel?
There is no smoking or vaping inside the hotel including guest rooms. There will be designated smoking areas outside.
Can I transfer my event package or event pass to someone else?
No. Event packages and event passes are not transferable.
What is the cancellation policy?
Splash event packages (not including payment plan & processing fees) are refundable in full up to 91 days prior to the event, less an administrative fee of $250 plus a $23.40 processing fee. Cancellations within 90 days of the event will be issued a credit to a future Splash Takeovers event in the form of a credit voucher (less an administrative fee of $250) that will be provided via email after the event ends. Credit voucher amounts may vary depending on the cancellation date. You must notify us of the cancellation prior to the event start date to receive a credit. CREDIT VOUCHERS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR NO-SHOWS.
NO REFUNDS will be issued within 90 days prior to the event.
